SZ Waterproof Root-Resistant Modified Bitumen Membranes Secure Foundation of Hangzhou’s Premium Residential Project

SZ Waterproof’s high-performance root-resistant SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membranes are being 

applied for basement foundation waterproofing at the Baoyi · Yinyun Xingrunfu project, a luxury low-density 

residential community located on Baoxuan Road, Linping District.

This new development spans 51,100 m² with a total construction area of 71,500 m², featuring 20 six-story stacked 

villas with a full basement. Our root-resistant membranes are currently being torch-applied for the basement slab 

and exterior wall waterproofing phase, delivering exceptional puncture resistance, root penetration protection, and 

long-term durability for this high-end development scheduled for completion in December 2026.
