SZ Waterproof Partners with China State Construction on Yuhua District Residential Project

Changsha, China – [2026/3/20] – SZ Waterproof is proud to announce its participation in the Zhongjian · Feicui Tianxu 

project, a 118,000 m² residential development in Changsha’s Yuhua District developed by China Construction Fifth Bureau, 

a leading state-owned construction enterprise.

For the project’s basement floor waterproofing, SZ’s self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membranes 

were selected for the 22,000 m² underground structure. The material provides excellent bonding, tensile strength, and long-

term durability, effectively preventing groundwater penetration for the building’s foundation.

As the project progresses, SZ Waterproof will continue to supply its high-performance waterproofing solutions for other key
