SZ Acrylic Ester High Elastic UV Film Materials Waterproof Coating

Water-based acrylic ester waterproof coating is a one-component polymer waterproof film material prepared with 

special elastic acrylic ester emulsion (latex) or elastic silicone-acrylic emulsion as the base material, mixed with modified 

latex, plasticizer, filler, pigment and other additives. It is a one-component product, convenient for cold application.

This material has large elasticity, good elongation, strong adhesion and low-temperature flexibility. Its remarkable 

advantages are excellent weather resistance, heat resistance and UV resistance, which can adapt to the cracking and 

deformation of the base layer. It is generally white, and can also be formulated into various colors, so the waterproof 

layer has both decorative and heat insulation functions. It is non-toxic and pollution-free in production, construction 

and use, and is a medium-high grade environmentally friendly elastic waterproof coating. It can be applied by brushing, 

rolling or spraying. The construction ambient temperature should be 5～35℃. The product is divided into Type I and 

Type II according to physical properties.

Widely used for waterproofing, anti-seepage and moisture-proofing of roofs, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, underground 

works and related structures in industrial and civil buildings.

The product is packed in clean and sealed plastic buckets or iron drums lined with plastic bags. During storage and 

transportation, the product must be placed upright and not inverted. During transportation, it should be protected 

from freezing, rain, exposure, extrusion and collision. It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated room with 

storage temperature not lower than 0℃. The storage period of the product is one year, and it can still be used if it 

passes the inspection after the expiration date.
