SZ-JS Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating

JS Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating consists of two components: polymer liquid and powder. The liquid component 

is composed of polymer emulsion (adhesive), plasticizer, anti-aging agent and various additives; the powder component 

is composed of cement, quartz powder, light calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate and additives. Mix the two 

components evenly on site, and after coating and film formation, a seamless and flexible waterproof layer is formed.

The coating is generally white, and can also be formulated into color, so the waterproof layer also plays a decorative 

and heat-insulating role. The product is non-toxic, pollution-free, and is a green environmental protection material. 

It is a water-based coating for cold construction, which is very convenient to use. The product is divided into Type I, 

Type II and Type III according to physical and mechanical properties.

After the material is coated and formed into a film, it has high tensile strength, good elongation, strong adhesion, 

low-temperature flexibility and slow aging. It is a mid-range coating widely used at home and abroad. It is commonly 

used in the United States to repair old leakage projects. Mix the material evenly according to the manufacturer's ratio, 

let it stand for about 10 minutes before use. It can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying. The construction ambient 

temperature should be 5 ~ 35℃.

Type I products are mainly used for waterproofing of projects with large movement;

Type II and Type III products are mainly used for anti-seepage, moisture-proof and waterproofing of projects with 

small movement.

The consumption for 1mm thick coating film is 1.8kg/㎡.

During transportation and storage of PU coating, the packaging barrel must be placed upright and not inverted, 

and should be kept away from high temperature and open flame. Store in a cool and dry room with temperature 

not exceeding 40℃. The storage period is not less than 6 months.
