SZ Non-Curable Asphalt Waterproof Coating

SZ Non-Curable Asphalt Waterproof Coating is a waterproof coating modified with synthetic polymer materials, butyl 

rubber and tackifying materials, which endows it with creep and self-adhesive properties. The coating is heated on-site 

to a fluid state, then scraped onto the base layer to form a waterproof film with strong adhesion and "self-healing" 

function. It can be used as an independent waterproof layer, or combined with waterproof membranes to form a 

composite waterproof layer.Its functional features include: it can seal the cracks and capillary pores of the base layer, 

absorb stress without transmitting it, minimizing the impact of base layer deformation on the waterproof layer. 

Meanwhile, its self-healing function ensures that when a part of the waterproof layer is punctured, the rheology of 

the material will prompt the surrounding non-curable materials to migrate to the damaged area, fill the breakage, 

and restore its waterproof function.

When used in combination with waterproof membranes, its excellent bonding ability integrates the membrane and 

coating perfectly, achieving complementary advantages of both, and forming a highly reliable waterproof structure.

by base layer cracking.

2. Good viscosity, which can seal the capillary pores and cracks of the base layer, avoiding the problem of water 

channeling in the waterproof layer.

1. Roof Engineering: Flat roofs, sloped roofs, irregular roofs; old roof renovation.

2. Underground Engineering: A protective layer is required on both positive and negative sides.

3. Other Engineering: Expansion joints, deformation joints, toilet and bathroom with concrete protective layer.

During transportation and storage, different types of products shall be stacked separately and not mixed. Keep away 

from fire sources, avoid sun and rain, prevent collision, and ensure ventilation. Storage temperature should not exceed 40℃.

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is at least 12 months from the date of production.
